The Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle has a growth plan for Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust to serve South Tyneside, Sunderland and East Durham, with a total of 34 schools in the Trust by July 2022.

Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust was established in February 2016, currently there are 29 schools within the Trust with a schedule of additional schools joining each term.  The details of each of the schools currently within the Trust can be found on our website www.bccet.org.uk

We are looking to appoint a Class Teacher, with a responsibility initially with  supporting Emotional and Personal Development, across the School as appropriate. The successful candidate will be highly an effective and aspirational teacher who have an interest in supporting a foundation subject and small groups of children, supporting their emotional and personal development   across a Primary School, an individual with an excellent knowledge of the school curriculum and assessment for learning techniques to deliver challenging and exciting lessons to our pupils.

We welcome applications from ECTs as well as experienced teachers.

Salary: MPR/UPR

Start Date: September 2022

Contract: Full Time Permanent
